It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents — as did my concepts for this magazine’s layout. Thunder crashed as my deadline loomed closer, if I didn’t finish in time I would have to leave everything behind — forever on the run from my clients. Suddenly, a violent gust of rain-torn wind which swept up the streets in a howl, rattled my creative mind. I had my concept. And it was the darkest I had ever known.
