One enchanted evening during a World War II reenactment an American nurse sang a song to me that forever altered the way I would perceive the world. You see, we fell in love that night on the beach; the two of us sipping bloody marys, laughing at the comedy show and designing our life together as the sun set over the Pacific. She’s gone now, but her spirit lives on through my designs, especially this one.
